Overview
Tradie Photo Proof is a job evidence app for capturing, organising, finding and exporting job photos, videos, notes, floor plans and related project evidence.
The app is designed with a local-first approach. Your work evidence is primarily stored on your device. If you choose to use Apple iCloud features, eligible app data may also be stored or synchronised through your private iCloud account.
Information handled by the app
- Job and project names, addresses, units, floors, areas and stages.
- Photos and videos you capture or import.
- Notes, labels, measurements and evidence metadata.
- Floor plans and evidence pin locations.
- Backup or project-transfer data you choose to export, import or store using supported Apple services.
This information is used to provide the app's features and is not sold by the developer.
Camera, microphone and Photos access
Tradie Photo Proof may request access to your camera, microphone and photo library when needed for taking photos, recording videos, importing evidence or exporting media.
These permissions are used only to provide the feature you choose. Permissions can be changed at any time in iOS or iPadOS Settings.
iCloud and Apple services
If you use iCloud backup or sync features, Apple may process and store relevant data through iCloud or CloudKit under your Apple account. Apple's handling of this data is governed by Apple's privacy terms and policies.
Tradie Photo Proof does not require a separate developer-operated account for normal use.
Data sharing
The developer does not sell your personal information or job evidence.
Data may leave your device only when you intentionally use a feature that exports, shares, transfers or backs up information, or when an Apple platform service is required for a feature you have enabled.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains on your device until you delete it, remove the app, or manage it using the app or operating-system controls. Data stored in iCloud may remain in your Apple account until removed through the relevant Apple or app controls.
Files you export are controlled by you after export and may remain wherever you choose to save or share them.
Children
Tradie Photo Proof is intended as a work and job-evidence utility and is not specifically directed to children.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as the app changes or legal requirements evolve. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
