Create a Quick Job for simple work, or create a structured project when you need units, floors, areas, stages and floor plans.
Photos, videos and evidence
Capture or attach job evidence to the correct project, unit, floor, area or stage so it stays organised and easy to find later.
Floor plans
Add a floor plan, place evidence pins and use the interactive plan to return to the relevant evidence quickly.
Backup and transfer
Where available, Tradie Photo Proof can use private iCloud features for backup and can export/import project transfer packages between devices.
Troubleshooting
Camera or Photos access does not work
Open iPhone or iPad Settings → Tradie Photo Proof and check Camera, Microphone and Photos permissions.
Large videos take longer to back up
Large videos may take longer on mobile data or slower connections. A reliable Wi‑Fi connection is recommended.
I cannot find evidence
Use the Find tab or check the project, unit, floor, area and stage where the evidence was attached.
I deleted something
Check Recently Deleted if the item is eligible for recovery.
